I was extremely happy with the floral arrangement I ordered. The ordering process was easy and I could not be happier with Chase Florist service. You never know what you might get when you order on line from afar. I have no worries with Chase. If ever I need a florist in Fresno Chase will be the one. Chase Flower Shop provided excellent quality service. I was unable to place the online order because of technical issues with their website but I went ahead and called them to place my order. The person who took my order over the phone was very professional and helpful. The flowers look EXACTLY like the picture online. I’m very satisfied and my friend loved them!! Thank you ❤️

The arrangements are always what I ordered and expected. Their flowers last twice as long as other florists. Brian was compassionate and helpful when I chose flowers for my mother’s funeral. When I order flowers to be delivered they are always delivered on time. I tell all of my family and friends to use Chase. They, too, are very happy with their service and quality.

My mom turned 91 on Oct 30th. I asked that a big purple bow be placed on the vase, which they did. My mom was thrilled & sent a picture of bouquet. I've only used Chase for several years & they do not disappoint.

The arrangement I chose for a Memorial celebration was delivered on time and was better than the sample on the website. Even others at the celebration commented about how pretty it was. Left side is from website, right is what was delivered, minus the fake roses and ribbon dropped over. Thank you.

Great experience and beautiful arrangement. Brian helped me do a last minute delivery for my cousins funeral. The floral arrangement was perfect and he made my experience so flawless and stress free. Price was reasonable and he went out of his way to get more white roses for my arrangement because they had run out in the store. Grateful for human angels like him who save the day! Highly recommend.

I live out of state. Ordered the flowers online. Pictures on site matched what my friend received. I also made an error in the address and emailed and called, made the correction over the phone with an understanding person and my flowers still arrived on time.

Love this place they created something so magical for me. Such an experience 💛. “Hi welcome in what’s the occasion”- florist “Just cuz., pick whatever you want😌” -him “😭🧐😳👀🤓💛 WHAT!?” -me I was able to create my own bouquet and I grabbed so many kinds of these beautiful and fresh amazing flowers, so many selections! And now my second being delivered 🌸💐🌺🌷🌻🥀🌼 Thank you 🙏🏽

I've been ordering from Chase Flower Shop for about 10 years now, but only ever did so online. My dog passed away a year ago and we always make sure to keep fresh flowers by her urn, but I wanted something extra special for the one year anniversary of her passing (February 6th). I decided to walk in and order in person, showing inspo pics and describing what I wanted. I wanted a whimsical pastel rainbow arrangement to represent the rainbow bridge and what lies beyond it. The lady I spoke to was so attentive and immediately understood what I wanted. I went in with a budget of $100 for one arrangement, and she suggested a $60 arrangement for what I wanted. Not expecting that, I excitedly ended up ordering another for her Gotcha Day as well (for two days later) and asked her to keep the same vibe, but make them different. I ordered on February 4th to be ready by the 6th and 8th. I was so excited to see the bouquets and was in love when I picked up my orders. They weren't exactly like the pictures I sent (some flowers were out of season), but they were beautiful in their own ways! They look and smell amazing and it makes me so happy to see them brightening up my baby girl's memorial area. Thank you so much to the people at Chase Flower Shop. 10 out of 10 recommend!
